Client Testimonial
CVP has performed this contract exceptionally. Each task was delivered ahead of the due date. CVP was very responsive to the COR and the requirements of the contract. Given what I know today about the contractor's ability to perform in accordance with this contract or order's most significant requirements, I would recommend them for similar requirements in the future.

Greeter
The Greeter is a dual screen application with a touch screen interface. The system uses the Microsoft Kinect sensor to detect visitors approaching within the vicinity and warmly greets them. With the use of the microphone array of the Kinect sensor, it provides noise cancellation and also captures the audio for speech recognition. By providing audio direction information, Evet can look in the direction of where the sound is coming from. The Greeter also remembers how many visitors pass by the kiosk and the number of users interacting with the system.
When creating messages, they are stored within a database and help enhance Evet’s vocabulary. The messages are dynamically created using the information from names, events and places. A text-to-speech engine is used to provide the correct mouth movements for Evet in real time whenever she speaks. During the user recognition process, The Greeter is not only able to detect the user but also to identify people through face recognition. It can identify the age group and gender of the visitor. The Greeter can pick up on facial expressions and tell when the user is happy or unsatisfied.
The kiosk provides information regarding directory, events and facilitates participants to check in to their events. It allows users to register on site for public events, while also providing clear and visually appealing directions to where the event is being held at. Worried about distance? The Greeter uses a waypoint mesh underneath the map, using pathway algorithms to show the shortest way to the location you need to go to.
